I'm not sure these FTB guys have all their shit in one sock. I'm considering looking into the new tekkit modpacks; they seem to be run a lot better these days than FTB.

Indeed. But you forget these "FTB Guys (Gals)" have real life to deal with and I'm sure making modpacks is so much more important then say their wives, jobs, etc. I believe the word here is 'Patience'.

Seriously, I'm comparing two... VOLUNTEER teams here, not a fan mod to a professional DLC. Don't be so reactionary, it's OK to compare apples to apples. really it is.

Nice to see that you completely missed my point and defense of the FTB mod makers. You stated they didn't have their "shit" together. Which I find to be completely and utterly untrue due to the fact of other commitments they may have in REAL LIFE.
