NEED OWNERS HELP - SORRY FOR BEING IMPATIENT!

Im sick of this! Why can I not pick up any blocks? I understand fully that this is a known bug, but the internet says nothing!

In game, a moderator told me I should contact the owner to delete my player profile so it would reset and my data would 'start afresh' and have no issues...

I would greatly appreciate it if the owner of this great server that I am dying to play, could delete my player profile and let me start over, so I can pick up item drops.
