Step 1: Location, location, location.
Step 2: Obtain a chest and sign.
Step 3: Identify an item with mass market appeal and then write down that item id.
Step 4: Place down the chest. Fill chest with items. Place a sign on the front of the chest like so:

• Line 1: Empty
  
• Line 2: Number of items to be sold
  
• Line 3: b(Price selling items)
  
• Line 4: item id

For example to sell 32 Iron ingots for $100




Notes:

• Once you place the sign on the chest it becomes 'protected' and only you can interact with it.
  
• The admin is still working out the details of the player shop in the mall
