Item Drops Won't Be Picked Up.... Needs Player Data Deleting?

Hello, I am having an issue where my character will not pick up any item drops off of the ground...

Obviously this is a great issue, as you need to be able to pick up item drops to be able to get anywhere! I believe this issue evolves from internal server data, and for it to be fixes the victims player data will need to be deleted.

I would greatly appreciate it if my player data could be wiped so that this demoniac issue can be solved
