Problem staying on the server

I've been having this problem for a while now and to say that it has annoyed me is an understatement.

I get this error: http://prntscr.com/193cxr

I can stay on the server for a few seconds, at most a minute, then everything stops moving and I get disconnected. I still can't figure out what's causing it because I wasn't getting this error earlier on.

Any help would be appreciated

try restarting your router.

It fixed itself somehow, it's still occurs time to time, but less often.

dont want to sound like a stalker but where do you live? the server is hosted in canada with 100mbs that might be why you have those problems.

also open your command prompt and type ping {ourserveriphere}
